As we head into the new year and most of us begin to think of what we would like to achieve in 2022, there is no mistaking the fact that thousands to potentially millions of individuals will begin the pursuit of living a healthier life. This includes purchasing gym memberships, starting on a popular diet, counting calories and swapping the french fries for side salads. But, is this the right approach?

What is the hierarchy of wellness you ask? This is what we dive into in this week's podcast episode. Have your notepads and pens available because I share a lot of information about how to finally fit into that pair of jeans that have been sitting in your closet for so long without having to cut carbohydrates or follow heavily restrictive diets.
