With life getting busier and the entire world moving faster year after year, it can be very easy to become overwhelmed with the checklists that we must complete every day just to maintain our current lifestyles - taking the kids to and from school, making time for the spouse, giving our best at our jobs, etc - the last thing we should be worrying about on top of all of that is our meals.
That's why after becoming a Dad, I dove DEEP into strategies and tips centered around saving time just to maintain my own sanity. I knew the days spending hours in the kitchen week after week were over with the addition of our daughter who never slept and was constantly needing to be held.
